the poor lady getting my Toms shoes, the first pair was a bit big so I asked to get a size smaller then I asked for another color after I got the color I asked to get 3 different pairs because they weren’t really good one was tight and stuff. Finally after having her go in and out of the stock room I bought it. It would’ve been a bitch move if I just said I wasn’t buying it...
